Legal Services Division

To be Legal Consultants to the Corporate House(s) on all Business legislations in India.
To advise and execute all the requirements of the Companies Act-1956 alongwith relevant rules and regulations.
Advising & handling Corporate Mergers, Acquisitions, restructuring and Joint-ventures etc.
Liaison and Representation before Stock Exchanges, Securities & Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Registrar of Companies (ROC), Company Law Board (CLB), Competition Commission (CCI), Deptt. of Company Affairs (DCA), Regional Director-DCA, Reserve Bank of India(RBI) and various statutory authorities for compliances, applications, petitions and appeals under those Acts.
Advisory in Foreign Exchange Mgmt (FEMA), Reserve Bank of India Act -1948, Income Tax Act-1961, Central/Local Sales Tax/VAT Acts, Central Excise & Salt Act - 1944, Customs Act -1962, Trade & Merchandise Marks Act -1958, Patents Act -1970, Copy Rights Act - 1957 and in almost all Corporates and Business legislations in India.
